condition monitoring program, or you may have noticed the noise yourself.

Often your plant is only available in the weekends or evenings for

maintenance. Your staff are busy with everyday items of

maintenance, without adding this onto them.

We provide budgets, for the work.

We isolate, remove, rectify refit, and test.

We guarantee the result (as per new for 3 phase motors, 12 months .)

Your plant is back into action, with no interruption to your maintenance

workshop or

production.

Special electric motors are most commonly rewound by us.

Special means non standard in some way, this may be speed,

voltage, frequency, kW output. Or it may have some mechanical

detail which is non standard,such as the shaft or mounting, 

physical size., or even sealing to suit Particular environments, or

loads. Where removal of the motor is not an economic option

we can rewind on site.We place a 36 month warrantee onto all

winding workmanship and materials. This costs more than a new winding,

but the quality is higher, and the warrantee reflects this

We minimise the time and cost of this program

On this program we listen to the bearing sound using the Ultraprobe 2000 we make a

subjective evaluation based on experience, We use  a palm computer to record bearing

wear levels in the field. On return to the workshop  we synchronise  the palm

information with the network at work and so easily translate the wear detail back into

our network when complete. So minimising the paperwork, time and cost to you.

This information is then accessible to you using our Internet address

Uses Commtest VA3000 Full Spectral analysis to detect change

in machine condition.

(Bearings, couplings, belts, mounting, balancing)

Vibration analysis with simple clear reporting to minimise your time in

 interpretation.  Plant needing attention , and not carrying our 3 month 

$5000 24 hour repair or replace guarantee , is separated in the report, so that

you can fax or email back to us and tell us what you want to do.

We can then work in at your convienience  and carry out budgeted repairs.
