12 Month Mechanical Guarantee
Is our normal guarantee for all mechanical work .
It covers all defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the
date of invoice. It does not cover abnormal usage.
In the unlikely event of a dispute we agree to be bound by the decision of The Electrical
Apparatus Service Association

12 Month New Electric Motor Guarantee
Is our normal guarantee for a new electric motor.
It covers all defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the
date of invoice. It does not cover abnormal usage. In the unlikely event of a dispute we

36 Month Electrical Guarantee
Is our normal guarantee for a rewound stator, or armature, or solenoid
It covers defects in workmanship, or materials for a period of 36 months from the
date of invoice. It reflects the quality of workmanship , and materials which we put into
the winding

3 Month, $1000, 24 hour Condition Guarantee
Is our guarantee attached to the monitoring carried out by the Ultraprobe 2000, and
finding the bearings, to be in good order.
It covers repair or replacement and any production losses to $1000 with our 24 hour
support, should a stoppage to production result from the monitored bearings failing.
It does not cover abnormal operation during the three month period eg ingress of water,
dust, chemicals, unusual temperature, load or shock impact or misalignment following
the test.

3 Month, $5000, 24 hour Condition Guarantee
Is our normal for spectral condition monitoring check, and finding the bearings,
couplings, belts and mountings to be in good order.
It covers repair or replacement and any production losses to $5000 with our 24 hour
support, should a stoppage to production result from the monitored bearings failing.
It does not cover abnormal operation during the three month period eg ingress of water,
dust, chemicals,
unusual temperature, load or shock impact following the test.
